Shipping

Free shipping applies to every order, with no minimum. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours after payment, Monday through Friday.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4-8 days. These are estimates rather than guarantees: carrier volume, weather and remote delivery areas can add time, and in rare cases a package can take up to about 15 days to arrive.

When your order ships we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show movement after dispatch — that is normal carrier lag, not a lost package.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges for 30 days after your order is delivered. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Contact [email protected] with your order number to begin. Once the item is back with us and inspected, we refund the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer; the exception is an order that arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Received the wrong item, or something broken? Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we pay for the return.
